利用規約

Atelier（以下「本アプリ」）を利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、開発者は本アプリの利用に起因する損害（画像ファイルの消失・破損を含む）について責任を負いません。
• 本アプリは写真を端末内でのみ処理し、外部に送信しません。
• 編集する内容、および取り込む画像・ロゴ・フォント・LUT ファイルの権利については、利用者が責任を負うものとします。
• 本アプリは予告なく更新・変更されることがあります。
• 本規約は日本法に準拠します。

アプリ内課金（Atelier Pro）

本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、初回起動から7日間はすべての機能を無料でお試しいただけます（購入不要）。Atelier Pro は Pro 機能を永久に解放する買い切り型のアプリ内課金（非消耗型）です。お支払いはご購入確定時に Apple ID に請求されます。自動更新はされず、継続的な課金は一切ありません。購入は Apple ID に紐づき、アプリ内の「購入を復元」からお使いの端末で復元できます。価格はアプリ内に表示され、地域により異なる場合があります。返金は App Store の規約に基づき Apple が対応します。

By using Atelier (the “App”) you agree to these terms.

• The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the App, including loss of or damage to image files.
• The App processes your photos entirely on your device and does not upload them.
• You are responsible for the content you edit and for having the rights to any images, logos, fonts, or LUT files you import into the App.
• The App may be updated or changed over time.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

In-App Purchase (Atelier Pro)

The App is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial of all features on first launch (no purchase required). Atelier Pro is a one-time in-app purchase (non-consumable) that unlocks the Pro features permanently. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It does not auto-renew, and there are no recurring charges. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices via “Restore Purchases” in the app. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
