Atelier（以下「本アプリ」）は、写真の編集処理をすべて端末内（完全オフライン）で行います。本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を含め、いかなるユーザーデータも収集・送信・保存しません。本アプリ自体はネットワーク通信を行いません。解析ツール・広告・サードパーティ SDK・ユーザーアカウントもありません。
選択した写真は、Apple の端末内フレームワーク（Vision、Core Image）を用いて端末内でのみ処理され、外部に送信されることは一切ありません。「AI構図」などの解析もすべて端末内で行われ、サーバーや第三者のAIは使用しません。編集後の画像を保存する際は、写真ライブラリへの「追加のみ」の権限で新規ファイルを書き込みます。既存の写真を読み取り・変更・削除することはありません。取り込んだファイル（.cube LUT やロゴなど）はアプリ内にのみ保存され、送信されません。
一部の任意機能（美顔・レタッチ、メイク、および顔を考慮した「AI構図」）は、Apple の端末内 Vision フレームワークを用いて、編集中の写真に含まれる顔の位置や顔のランドマーク（目・口・輪郭などの位置）を検出します。これは、選択した効果を適切な部位に適用し、構図を提案するためだけに使用されます。顔データの収集・保存・送信・共有は一切行いません。本アプリは顔の認識や本人特定を行わず、生体認証テンプレートや顔の特徴量（フェイスプリント）を作成することもなく、本アプリ自体はネットワーク通信機能を持ちません。顔の検出はすべて編集中の端末メモリ内で行われ、編集終了時に直ちに破棄されます。ディスクへの保存や、Apple・当社・第三者への送信は一切ありません。保持期間：なし。
本アプリは任意の自動更新サブスクリプション（Atelier Pro）を提供します。お支払いは Apple（App Store / StoreKit）が処理し、本アプリが決済情報や取引に関する個人データを収集・受領することはありません。
本アプリはいかなるユーザーデータも収集しないため、お子様を含むすべての利用者に安全です。

Atelier (the “App”) performs all photo editing entirely on your device (fully offline). The App is designed with your privacy as the top priority.
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any user data, including personally identifiable information. The App has no network capability of its own. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no user accounts.
Photos you choose are processed only on your device using Apple’s on-device frameworks (Vision, Core Image) and are never sent anywhere. Features such as “AI Compose” run entirely on-device; there is no server-side and no third-party AI. When you save an edited image, the App uses add-only access to your Photo Library to write the new file. It does not read, modify, or delete your existing photos. Files you import (such as .cube LUTs or logos) are stored only in the app and are never uploaded.
Some optional editing features — Beauty/Retouch, Makeup, and face-aware “AI Compose” — use Apple’s on-device Vision framework to detect the location of faces and facial landmarks (such as the position of the eyes, mouth, and face outline) within the photo you are editing. This is used solely to apply the effect you selected to the correct facial regions and to suggest a crop. No face data is collected, stored, transmitted, or shared. The App does not perform facial recognition or identification, does not create any biometric template or face print, and has no network capability of its own. All face detection runs in device memory during editing and is discarded immediately when you finish; nothing is ever written to disk or sent to Apple, us, or any third party. Retention period: none.
The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (Atelier Pro). Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit); the App does not collect or receive your payment information or any personal data from the transaction.
Because the App collects no user data, it is safe for all users, including children.
